About our Behavior Management Program
At our Citrus Heights location, we employ a Behaviorist who conducts comprehensive assessments of each individual. Based on these assessments, a customized behavior plan is developed to address the unique needs of each individual. This plan is integrated into the individual's daily routine within the program setting using visual communication aids, visual reminders of goals, and/or verbal reminders of objectives. Staff diligently gather data on specific behaviors. This data is later analyzed by our Behaviorist and used to update behavior plans as needed.
At all of our locations, we develop a set of Goals and Objectives for each individual during their intake ISP meeting. We send semi-annual updates to inform family of any progress and update those Goals and Objectives during their annual ISP meeting.
