Pathway To Choices provides living services and day programs for adults with special needs.

We have day programs in Pinole serving the Bay Area as well as Citrus Heights and Arden-Arcade serving the Sacramento area.

At our Citrus Heights day program, we provide curated Behavior Management Plans for all clients.

We provide Independent Living Skills (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS) to clients in the Bay Area.

We serve clients of the Alta California Regional Center, Golden Gate Regional Center, and the Regional Center of the East Bay.

Mission Statement

The mission of Pathway To Choices is to provide adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and/or concurrent mental illnesses with a stimulating and individualized program that will expand upon and strengthen their base of knowledge and competence for active and effective participation in a broad range of activities that they find meaningful.
